Quik Token Presale

The QUIK Token Pre Sale distribution will take place over 60 days starting from 1 July, 2022 8:00 UTC. 40 million QUIK tokens (10% of the total token supply) will be distributed during this period. The minimum contribution during this period is 50 ETH or 300 BNB, and prior whitelisting is compulsary.

How to Participate

To participate during the presale period, prior whitelisting is required. Click the button below to open a google doc to fill in your details. Once your Ethereum or BSC address is whitelisted, the contract addresses mentioned on this page can be used to send ETH or BNB and claim $QUIK Tokens.

Recomended Configuration

In order to make sure your contribution is sent & received correctly, the following configuration is recommended:

Please review the following before sending ETH or BNB:

For any wallet to be compatible to participate in the token distribution, a wallet must be:

  • Etherum and ERC-20 compatible
  • Able to export your private keys
  • A web wallet

Quik Tokens are based on Ethereum Chain as well as Binance Smart Chain and there are 2 different QUIK Token Distribution Contracts for claiming the QUIK Tokens - The First contract is based on Ethereum Chain (meant for claiming Quik Tokens based on Ethereum Chain using ETH), The Second Token Distribution Contract is based on Binance Smart Chain (meant for claiming QUIK Tokens based on Binance Smart Chain using BNB).

Note: If you send ETH to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract (Binance Smart Chain), you may never receive QUIK Tokens and similarly, if you send BNB to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract (Ethereum Chain), you may never receive Quik Tokens.

You must send ETH to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract (Ethereum Chain) and/or BNB to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract (Binance Smart Chain) in order to receive QUIK Tokens.

QUIK Tokens cannot be claimed unless the private key is exportable. Note: this excludes all exchanges.

Note: If you send ETH or BNB to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract from an exchange account, your Quik Tokens will allocated to the exchange’s ETH account, and you may never receive or be able to recover your Quik Tokens. To claim Quik Tokens, you should only use your own personal ETH account (that you control) to send ETH to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract.

There are many incompatible wallets, please check to make sure that your wallet meets the criteria above before sending any ETH. The following wallets are known to be incompatible wallets (This is not the complete list). Do not use any of the following wallets to participate in the QUIK Token Distribution.

Ethereum Wallet

Follow these steps for using the Ethereum Network:

  • Login to your wallet.
  • Copy QUIK Ethereum Token Contract Address from above.
  • Send ETH to the contract address by keeping appropriate GAS Fee.
  • QUIK Tokens will be automatically transferred to your wallet.
  • Add QUIK Token to your wallet if they don’t show up automatically.

Binance Smart Chain Wallet

Follow these steps for using Binance Smart Chain:

  • Login to your wallet.
  • Copy QUIK BSC Token Contract Address from above.
  • Send BNB to the contract address by keeping appropriate GAS Fee.
  • QUIK Tokens will be automatically transferred to your wallet.
  • Add QUIK Token to your wallet if they don’t show up automatically.

Technical Risks

1
Block Production occurs at Random Times

On Ethereum blockchain and Binance Smart Chain, timing of block production is determined by proof work so block production can occur at random times. For example, ETH sent to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract in the final seconds of a distribution period may not get included for that period. You acknowledge and understand that the Ethereum Blockchain or the Binance Blockchain may not include your transaction at the time you expect and you may not receive Quik Tokens at the same day you send ETH or BNB. To mitigate this, it may be possible to use the QUIK Token Distribution Interface to require the transfer of ETH or BNB to apply to the entire current period or otherwise the transaction will fail.

2
Network Congestion

The Ethereum and Binance network is prone to periodic congestion during which transactions can be delayed or lost. Individuals may also intentionally spam the Ethereum network in an attempt to gain an advantage in purchasing cryptographic tokens. You acknowledge and understand that Ethereum block producers and Binance Chain block producers may not include your transaction when you want or your transaction may not be included at all. This is a limitation of the Ethereum Blockchain and Binance Smart Chain and not the QUIK Token Distribution Contract.

3
Do not send ETH or BNB to the QUIK Token Distribution Contract from an account that you do not control

QUIK Tokens will be allocated to the ETH or BNB account that has sent the ETH or BNB. If you send ETH or BNB from an exchange or an account that you do not control, then you may not receive or be able to claim your QUIK Tokens.

4
Failing to register a public key for your Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain Address

If you hold QUIK Tokens in an Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain Address and fail to register a public key or lose the private key that maps to your registered public key, then your QUIK Tokens will not be part of the snapshot when the QUIK Tokens become fixed and non-transferable on the Ethereum Blockchain or Binance Smart Chain.
